ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক ইন্সটিটিউট দেশের মাধ্যমিক এবং উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য অনলাইনে ফ্রি ক্লাসের আয়োজন করে এবং এই অনলাইন ক্লাসে সারা দেশের বিভিন্ন প্রান্ত থেকে শিক্ষার্থীরা অংশগ্রহণ করে। শিক্ষার্থীদের তাদের নিয়মিত পড়াশোনার সাথে সম্পৃক্ত রাখাই ছিলো এই ফ্রি অনলাইন ক্লাসের মূল উদ্দেশ্য।

প্রকৃতিকে সুস্থ রাখতে আমাদেরও আছে কিছু দায়িত্ব। আর গাছ লাগিয়ে ও গাছের পরিচর্যা করে সেই দায়িত্বের কিছুটা পূরণ করা সম্ভব। ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক ইনস্টিটিউট ২০২০ সালে উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করেছিলো ২০২০টি বৃক্ষ রোপন কর্মসূচী। ৭ দিনব্যাপী এই ধারাবাহিকতায় প্রতিটি শিক্ষার্থী তাদের নিজ নিজ অবস্থানে ৩টি করে গাছরোপণ করে সারাদেশ ব্যাপী মোট ২০২০টি বৃক্ষরোপণ সম্পন্ন করে।

করোনা মহামারী প্রকোপ শুরু হওয়ার সময় যখন লকডাউনে মানুষ ঘরে বন্দী তাদের মাঝে যারা দুঃস্থ এবং মানবিক জীবন যাপন করছিলেন তাদের জন্য ওয়েবিনার ফর বাংলাদেশ প্লাটফর্ম তৈরী করা হয়।
উক্ত প্লাটফর্মে ২০২০ সালের মার্চের ৩১ তারিখ থেকে ৭ই এপ্রিল মোট ১১ টি ওয়েবিনার অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছিল। এই প্লাটফর্ম থেকে ট্রেইনিং ফি হিসেবে প্রাপ্ত মোট ৩৩ হাজার টাকা গরিব ও দরিদ্রদের প্রদান করা হয়।

In 2014, the UN General Assembly declared July 15 as World Youth Skills Day. The main goal of this day is to provide employment to the youth, decent work and development of young entrepreneurs and their skills.
This day was celebrated for the first time in Bangladesh by Daffodil Polytechnic Institute and Bangladesh Skill Development Institute.
Following this, Daffodil Polytechnic Institute and Bangladesh Skill Development Institute are going to jointly organize a two-day program this year through various online activities.

Daffodil Polytechnic Online Evaluation Test- 2021
The country is in the grip of the second wave of the novel Coronavirus! According to the decision of the government, all types of educational institutions in the country are closed. Educational activities are going on online. Students at Daffodil Polytechnic are taking part in the “Online Evaluation Test July 2021” as part of an online education program at home.
More than nine hundred students from all departments of Daffodil Polytechnic from different parts of the country participated on the first day of this online examination which started on June 6, 2021.

22nd June, 2021, a workshop was organized by the National Curriculum and Textbook Board on the 2nd floor meeting room of the new building of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board. Today was the first day of the 3-day workshop.
