Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology Course Duration And Assessment
The Diploma in Mechanical Engineering spans four years, divided into eight semesters, with each semester lasting six months. Oversight for both midterm and final exams is provided by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). The BTEB is responsible for crafting exam questions, evaluating answer scripts, and ultimately releasing the final results. Alongside these formal assessments, students are engaged in regular class tests, quiz assessments, and semester-long projects. Upon successful completion of the program, students are awarded a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Certificate.
The admission process starts after the SSC results, typically starting in May, contingent on the SSC Result announcement. The Bangladesh Technical Education Board Authority issues admission announcements, guiding students through the process. Admissions occur once a year in a single session, following the official guidelines set by the board.
