Mr. K M Hasan Ripon, Honorable Principal of Daffodil Polytechnic Institute Calls a Conference with Md. Omar Farooq, the Honorable Director-General of the Department of Technical Education, Bangladesh. During the meeting, discussions were held on increasing the employment of students and enhancing their skills for the development of the workplace. At the end of the interview, Mr. K M Hassan sent a courtesy copy of his own written book ‘Employability skills’ to the Honorable Director-General.

Daffodil Polytechnic Institute has been working with skilled diploma graduates in technical education since 2006. Students who have passed from Daffodil Polytechnic are working efficiently at home and abroad.

ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক ইন্সটিটিউটের অধ্যক্ষ জনাব কে এম হাসান রিপন সৌজন্য সাক্ষাৎ করলেন বাংলাদেশ কারিগরি শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তরের সম্মানিত মহাপরিচালক ড. মোঃ ওমর ফারুক মহোদয়ের সাথে। সাক্ষাতে শিক্ষার্থীদের কর্মসংস্থান বৃদ্ধি ও কর্মক্ষেত্রের উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে তাদের কর্মদক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি বিষয়ে আলোচনা করা হয়। পাশাপাশি শিক্ষার্থীদের উদ্যোক্তা উন্নয়ন ও দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি নিয়ে একযোগে কাজ করার বিষয়ে আশাবাদ প্রকাশ করেন। সাক্ষৎকার শেষে জনাব কে এম হাসান রিপনের লিখিত ‘Employability Skills’ বইয়ের সৌজন্য কপি ড. মোঃ ওমর ফারুক মহোদয়ের হাতে প্রেরণ করেন। 

উল্লেখ্য, ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক ইন্সটিটিউট ২০০৬ সাল থেকে কারিগরি শিক্ষায় দক্ষ ডিপ্লোমা গ্রাজুয়েট তৈরী করে আসছে। ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক থেকে পাশকৃত শিক্ষার্থীরা দক্ষতার সাথে দেশে-বিদেশে কাজ করছে।

During the meeting, discussions were held on increasing the employability of students and enhancing their skills for the development of the workplace. He also expressed hope that the students would work together for entrepreneurial development and skill enhancement. At the end of the interview, Mr. K M Hassan sent a courtesy copy of his own written book ‘Employability skills’ to the Vice-Chancellor.
