International Youth Exchange Program-এর তৃতীয় দিনে ফান লার্নিং অ্যাক্টিভিটিস, সিটি ট্যুর এবং ক্যাম্পাস ভিজিটে অংশগ্রহণ করেছে ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের শিক্ষার্থীরা। দিনব্যাপী বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীরা আন্তর্জাতিক সংস্কৃতি, বন্ধুত্ব এবং বাস্তবভিত্তিক অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জনের সুযোগ পায়। দিনের অন্যতম আকর্ষণ ছিল ফান লার্নিং অ্যাক্টিভিটি, যেখানে বিভিন্ন দেশের শিক্ষার্থীদের সঙ্গে একসাথে পিৎজা তৈরির অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করে ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের শিক্ষার্থীরা। এই কার্যক্রমে অংশ নিয়ে তারা শুধু নতুন একটি কুকিং স্কিলই শিখেনি, বরং আন্তর্জাতিক শিক্ষার্থীদের সঙ্গে দলগতভাবে কাজ করা, কমিউনিকেশন বৃদ্ধি এবং সাংস্কৃতিক বিনিময়ের অভিজ্ঞতাও লাভ করেছে। এ ধরনের কার্যক্রম আন্তর্জাতিক বন্ধুত্ব গড়ে তোলা এবং ভিন্ন দেশের মানুষের জীবনধারা ও সংস্কৃতি সম্পর্কে জানার সুযোগ তৈরি করে। পাশাপাশি এটি তাদের আত্মবিশ্বাস, টিমওয়ার্ক এবং আন্তঃসাংস্কৃতিক যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা উন্নয়নেও সহায়ক ভূমিকা রাখছে। একই দিনে শিক্ষার্থীরা চীনের বিভিন্ন দর্শনীয় স্থান পরিদর্শন করে সিটি ট্যুরে অংশ নেয়। ট্যুর চলাকালে তারা চীনের নগরজীবন, আধুনিক অবকাঠামো, সংস্কৃতি ও পরিবেশ কাছ থেকে দেখার সুযোগ পায়। এতে করে শিক্ষার্থীদের মাঝে আন্তর্জাতিক নগরব্যবস্থা ও বৈশ্বিক উন্নয়ন সম্পর্কে বাস্তব ধারণা তৈরি হয়েছে। এছাড়াও শিক্ষার্থীরা Sias University ক্যাম্পাস ঘুরে দেখে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের আধুনিক শিক্ষা পরিবেশ, একাডেমিক সুবিধা এবং আন্তর্জাতিক শিক্ষাব্যবস্থা সম্পর্কে অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করে। ক্যাম্পাস ভিজিটের মাধ্যমে তারা বিশ্বমানের শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানের পরিবেশ ও পরিচালনা পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে সরাসরি ধারণা লাভ করেছে। শিক্ষার্থীদের গ্লোবাল এক্সপোজার বৃদ্ধি এবং আন্তর্জাতিক পর্যায়ে দক্ষ করে গড়ে তুলতে নিয়মিতভাবে এ ধরনের আন্তর্জাতিক প্রোগ্রামের আয়োজন করছে ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক।। এই অভিজ্ঞতাগুলো ভবিষ্যতে শিক্ষার্থীদের ব্যক্তিগত, একাডেমিক ও পেশাগত জীবনে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে।

Daffodil Polytechnic Achieves a New Milestone in the International Arena

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed with Sias University, opening up opportunities for semester exchange, scholarships, and global research for students.

Daffodil Polytechnic has achieved a new milestone in advancing technical education of Bangladesh on the international stage by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the renowned Chinese educational institution Sias University.

Through this agreement, a new pathway for long-term academic and cultural collaboration has been established between the two institutions in the areas of Semester Exchange Programs, Joint Research, Youth Exchange Programs, Student Leadership Camps, Higher Studies, and Scholarship Facilities.

The MoU was signed on behalf of Daffodil Polytechnic by K. M. Parvez Boby, Deputy Director, BTEB Affiliated Institutions, Daffodil Group, while Junliang Yue, Director of International Affairs, signed on behalf of Sias University.

Under this agreement, students and teachers of both institutions will have opportunities to participate in international academic exchange programs, research activities, and cultural experiences. In particular, the semester exchange and higher studies opportunities will play a significant role in providing students with world-class education and building international careers.

In addition, joint research initiatives will create opportunities for knowledge exchange in education, technology, and innovation between the two countries. Regular Youth Exchange Programs and Student Leadership Camps will also help students strengthen their leadership qualities, global communication skills, and intercultural understanding.

In today’s world, ensuring quality and modern education is difficult without international collaboration. From this perspective, the MoU has opened a new door of opportunities for the students of Daffodil Polytechnic.

চীনের Sias University ও ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের মাঝে সমঝোতা স্মারক স্বাক্ষর 

আন্তর্জাতিক অঙ্গনে নতুন মাইলফলক গড়লো ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক। চীনের Sias University-এর সঙ্গে সমঝোতা স্মারক স্বাক্ষর। শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য উন্মুক্ত হচ্ছে সেমিস্টার এক্সচেঞ্জ, স্কলারশিপ ও গ্লোবাল রিসার্চের সুযোগ।

বাংলাদেশের কারিগরি শিক্ষাকে আন্তর্জাতিক পর্যায়ে এগিয়ে নিয়ে নতুন মাইলফলক অর্জন করলো ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক। চীনের স্বনামধন্য শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান Sias University-এর সঙ্গে সমঝোতা স্মারক (MoU) স্বাক্ষর করলো ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক।

এই সমঝোতার মাধ্যমে দুই প্রতিষ্ঠানের মধ্যে সেমিস্টার এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রোগ্রাম, জয়েন্ট রিসার্চ, Youth Exchange Program, Student Leadership Camp, হায়ার স্টাডিজ এবং স্কলারশিপ সুবিধা নিয়ে দীর্ঘমেয়াদি একাডেমিক ও সাংস্কৃতিক সহযোগিতার নতুন পথ উন্মোচিত হলো।

সমঝোতা স্মারকে ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের পক্ষে স্বাক্ষর করেন K. M. Parvez Boby, Deputy Director, BTEB Affiliated Institutions, Daffodil Group এবং Sias University-এর পক্ষে স্বাক্ষর করেন Junliang Yue, Director of International Affairs, Sias University.  

এই চুক্তির আওতায় দুই প্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষার্থী ও শিক্ষকরা আন্তর্জাতিক পর্যায়ে একাডেমিক এক্সচেঞ্জ, গবেষণা কার্যক্রম এবং সাংস্কৃতিক অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জনের সুযোগ পাবেন। বিশেষ করে সেমিস্টার এক্সচেঞ্জ ও হায়ার স্টাডিজ সুবিধা শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য বিশ্বমানের শিক্ষা ও আন্তর্জাতিক ক্যারিয়ার গঠনে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে।

এছাড়াও যৌথ গবেষণা কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে দুই দেশের শিক্ষা, প্রযুক্তি ও উদ্ভাবনভিত্তিক জ্ঞান বিনিময়ের সুযোগ সৃষ্টি হবে। একই সঙ্গে নিয়মিত Youth Exchange Program ও Student Leadership Camp আয়োজনের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীদের নেতৃত্বগুণ, গ্লোবাল কমিউনিকেশন স্কিল এবং আন্তঃসাংস্কৃতিক বোঝাপড়া আরও সমৃদ্ধ হবে।

বর্তমান বিশ্বে আন্তর্জাতিক সহযোগিতা ছাড়া মানসম্মত ও যুগোপযোগী শিক্ষা নিশ্চিত করা সম্ভব নয়। সে দিক থেকে এই সমঝোতা স্মারক ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য নতুন সম্ভাবনার দুয়ার খুলে দিয়েছে।

China-Bangladesh Youth Exchange Program-এর দ্বিতীয় দিনে চীনের সভ্যতা, অর্থনীতি,  প্রাচীন ইতিহাস, প্রত্নতত্ত্ব বিষয়ক বিশেষ ক্লাস ও কুংফু প্রশিক্ষণ ক্লাসে ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের শিক্ষার্থীরা অংশগ্রহণ করে।

আন্তর্জাতিক শিক্ষার অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জনের লক্ষ্যে চলমান International Youth Exchange Program-এর দ্বিতীয় দিনে চীনের ইতিহাস, সভ্যতা, প্রত্নতত্ত্ব বিষয়ক বিশেষ ক্লাস ও ঐতিহ্যবাহী কুংফু প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করেছে ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের শিক্ষার্থীরা। ক্লাসটি অনুষ্ঠিত হয় চীনের Sias University-তে।

দ্বিতীয় দিনের শুরুতে প্রত্নতত্ত্ব বিষয়ক বিশেষ ক্লাস পরিচালনা করেন Sias University-র প্রফেসর ও প্রত্নতাত্ত্বিক Dr. Gary Lee Todd। তিনি শিক্ষার্থীদের সামনে চীনের উৎপত্তি, প্রাচীন সভ্যতার বিকাশ, অর্থনৈতিক উন্নয়নের ইতিহাস এবং প্রথম সম্রাটের উত্থান নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করেন। পাশাপাশি চীনের প্রত্নতাত্ত্বিক আবিষ্কার, বিশেষ করে ড্রাগনশিয়াল ও ডাইনোসরের জীবাশ্ম আবিষ্কারের মতো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়ও তুলে ধরেন।

ক্লাসজুড়ে শিক্ষার্থীরা শুধু ইতিহাসভিত্তিক জ্ঞানই অর্জন করেনি, বরং একটি দেশের সভ্যতা কীভাবে সময়ের সঙ্গে গড়ে ওঠে এবং শিক্ষা, সংস্কৃতি ও অর্থনীতি কীভাবে একটি জাতিকে বিশ্বপর্যায়ে শক্তিশালী অবস্থানে নিয়ে যায়, সে সম্পর্কেও বাস্তব ধারণা লাভ করেছে।

একই দিনে শিক্ষার্থীরা অংশ নেয় চীনের ঐতিহ্যবাহী কুংফু প্রশিক্ষণ ক্লাসেও। প্রশিক্ষণে তারা কুংফুর মৌলিক কিছু কৌশল, শারীরিক ভারসাম্য রক্ষা, আত্মনিয়ন্ত্রণ এবং মনোযোগ বৃদ্ধির বিভিন্ন অনুশীলন সম্পর্কে হাতে-কলমে অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করে। যা তাদের আত্মবিশ্বাস, শৃঙ্খলা, ধৈর্য এবং মানসিক দৃঢ়তা গড়ে তুলতেও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখে।

এ ধরনের আন্তর্জাতিক একাডেমিক সেশন শিক্ষার্থীদের গ্লোবাল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি তৈরি, গবেষণামূলক চিন্তাভাবনা বৃদ্ধি এবং ভিন্ন সংস্কৃতি ও ইতিহাস সম্পর্কে গভীরভাবে জানার সুযোগ তৈরি করে। একই সঙ্গে ভবিষ্যতে আন্তর্জাতিক পর্যায়ে কাজ করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় কমিউনিকেশন ও একাডেমিক দক্ষতা উন্নয়নেও গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে বলে মনে করছেন সংশ্লিষ্টরা।

ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক নিয়মিতভাবে শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য এ ধরনের আন্তর্জাতিক প্রোগ্রামের আয়োজন করে আসছে, যাতে তারা বিশ্বমানের শিক্ষা, সংস্কৃতি ও অভিজ্ঞতার সঙ্গে নিজেদের সংযুক্ত করতে পারে।

চায়না-বাংলাদেশ ইয়ুথ এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রোগ্রামে অংশ নিলো ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের ১৪ শিক্ষার্থী।

আন্তর্জাতিক অঙ্গনে বাংলাদেশের তরুণ শিক্ষার্থীদের সক্ষমতা ও সম্ভাবনাকে তুলে ধরতে নতুন এক মাইলফলক স্পর্শ করেছে ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক। চীনের Sias University-তে China-Bangladesh Youth Exchange প্রোগ্রামে অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ পেলো ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের ১৪ জন শিক্ষার্থী। ১১ থেকে ১৭ মে ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত ৭ দিন ব্যাপী অনুষ্ঠিতব্য এই প্রোগ্রামে শিক্ষার্থীরা Sias University-তে বিভিন্ন ওয়ার্কশপ, লিডারশিপ ক্যাম্প, সেমিনার, একাডেমিক ও সাংস্কৃতিক কার্যক্রমে যুক্ত হবে। এর মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীদের গ্লোবাল স্কিলস এবং কমিউনিকেশন দক্ষতা উন্নয়নে সাহায্য করবে। পাশপাশি বৈশ্বিক শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা, ভিন্ন সংস্কৃতি এবং আধুনিক চিন্তাধারার সঙ্গে পরিচিত হওয়ার সুযোগ পাবে। International Youth Exchange Program শিক্ষার্থীদের গ্লোবাল এক্সপোজার বৃদ্ধির পাশাপাশি তাদের যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা, নেতৃত্বগুণ এবং আন্তর্জাতিক পরিবেশে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা উন্নয়নে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে। ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক ইনস্টিটিউট দীর্ঘদিন ধরে শিক্ষার্থীদের গ্লোবাল এক্সপোজার বৃদ্ধির লক্ষ্যে বিভিন্ন আন্তর্জাতিক প্রোগ্রাম, একাডেমিক এক্সচেঞ্জ এবং দক্ষতাভিত্তিক কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ তৈরি করে আসছে। এর ফলে শিক্ষার্থীরা শুধু পাঠ্যবইয়ের জ্ঞানেই সীমাবদ্ধ থাকছে না, বরং নিজেদেরকে বিশ্বমানের দক্ষ মানবসম্পদ হিসেবে গড়ে তোলার বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করছে। বিশেষজ্ঞদের মতে, এ ধরনের আন্তর্জাতিক ইয়ুথ এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রোগ্রাম শিক্ষার্থীদের আত্মবিশ্বাস বৃদ্ধি, নেতৃত্বগুণ বিকাশ, টিমওয়ার্ক দক্ষতা এবং আন্তর্জাতিক পরিবেশে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা উন্নয়নে কার্যকর ভূমিকা পালন করে। একই সঙ্গে বিদেশি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের সঙ্গে সংযোগ তৈরির মাধ্যমে ভবিষ্যতে উচ্চশিক্ষা, স্কলারশিপ, বিশেষ ওয়েভার এবং আন্তর্জাতিক ক্যারিয়ার গঠনের নতুন সুযোগও সৃষ্টি হয়। ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক ইনস্টিটিউট নিয়মিত শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য এ ধরনের আন্তর্জাতিক প্রোগ্রামে অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ তৈরি করে আসছে, যা শিক্ষার্থীদের গ্লোবাল স্কিলস ও পেশাগত সক্ষমতা উন্নয়নে সহায়ক ভূমিকা পালন করে। এই অর্জন শুধু ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক ইনস্টিটিউটের জন্য নয়, বরং বাংলাদেশের কারিগরি শিক্ষার জন্যও একটি গর্বের বিষয়। আন্তর্জাতিক প্ল্যাটফর্মে দেশের শিক্ষার্থীদের সক্রিয় অংশগ্রহণ প্রমাণ করে যে বাংলাদেশের তরুণরা এখন বৈশ্বিক পর্যায়ে নিজেদের দক্ষতা, মেধা ও সম্ভাবনা তুলে ধরতে প্রস্তুত।

ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের চাকরি মেলায় ৫০০+ চাকরির সুযোগ পেলো ডিপ্লোমা গ্রাজুয়েটরা!

বিশ্বব্যাংক ও বাংলাদেশ সরকারের অর্থায়নে এবং ASSET প্রকল্পের তত্ত্বাবধানে ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকে আয়োজিত চাকরি মেলা ২০২৬-এ ৪০টি প্রতিষ্ঠানের ৫৪৫টি শূন্যপদে নিয়োগের সুযোগ পেলো ডিপ্লোমা গ্রাজুয়েটরা!

বাংলাদেশ সরকারের ASSET প্রকল্পের তত্ত্বাবধায়নে এবং ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক ইনস্টিটিউটের উদ্যোগে প্রতিবছরের ন্যায় দেশের সকল ডিপ্লোমা ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের জন্য আয়োজন করলো ‘চাকরি মেলা ২০২৬’। ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের গ্র্যাজুয়েটদের পাশাপাশি দেশের সকল ডিপ্লোমা ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের জন্য উন্মুক্ত এই চাকরি মেলা অনুষ্ঠিত হয় ১৯ জানুয়ারি ঢাকার ধানমন্ডিতে অবস্থিত ড্যাফোডিল প্লাজা প্রাঙ্গণে।

একই ছাদের নিচে আয়োজিত এই চাকরি মেলায় অংশ নেন চাকরি প্রত্যাশী ডিপ্লোমা গ্র্যাজুয়েটরা এবং দেশের বিভিন্ন খাতের স্বনামধন্য প্রায় ৪০টির বেশি প্রতিষ্ঠান, যেখানে ৫৪৫ পদে নিয়োগের সুযোগ পেয়েছে ডিপ্লোমা গ্র্যাজুয়েটরা। চাকরি মেলায় অংশগ্রহণকারী উল্লেখযোগ্য প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোর মধ্যে ছিল প্রাণ-আরএফএল গ্রুপ, নিটল-নিলয় গ্রুপ, ব্র্যাক নেটসহ আরও অনেক স্বনামধন্য প্রতিষ্ঠান। এছাড়াও বিশেষভাবে উল্লেখযোগ্য ছিল কোরিয়া ও জাপানের প্রতিনিধি দলের উপস্থিতি, যা ডিপ্লোমা ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের জন্য আন্তর্জাতিক ক্যারিয়ার গঠনের নতুন সম্ভাবনা উন্মোচন করে।

সকালে আনুষ্ঠানিক উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে চাকরি মেলার কার্যক্রম শুরু হয়। অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন আবুল খায়ের মো. আক্কাস আলী, মহাপরিচালক (অতিরিক্ত সচিব), ডিরেক্টরেট অব টেকনিক্যাল এডুকেশন (DTE), কারিগরি ও মাদ্রাসা শিক্ষা বিভাগ, শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়। বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ইঞ্জিনিয়ার মো. রুহুল আমিন, চেয়ারম্যান, বাংলাদেশ কারিগরি শিক্ষা বোর্ড (BTEB); জনাব মোহাম্মদ নুরুজ্জামান, সিইও, ড্যাফোডিল গ্রুপ;  রথীন্দ্র নাথ দাস, নির্বাহী পরিচালক, বিটিইবি-অধিভুক্ত প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহ, ড্যাফোডিল গ্রুপ এবং কে এম পারভেজ, উপপরিচালক, বিটিইবি-অধিভুক্ত প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহ, ড্যাফোডিল গ্রুপ। অনুষ্ঠানে সভাপতিত্ব করেন এস. এম. জাহিরুল ইসলাম (ফারহাদ), ভারপ্রাপ্ত অধ্যক্ষ, ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক ইনস্টিটিউট।

সারাদিনব্যাপী এই চাকরি মেলায় চাকরি প্রত্যাশীরা নেটওয়ার্কিং সেশন, অন-স্পট ইন্টারভিউ, পছন্দের প্রতিষ্ঠানে সরাসরি সিভি ড্রপ এবং ইন্ডাস্ট্রি এক্সপার্টদের কাছ থেকে ক্যারিয়ার সংক্রান্ত পরামর্শ গ্রহণের সুযোগ পায়। পাশাপাশি চাকরি মেলায় আয়োজন করা হয় একাধিক মাস্টার ক্লাস ও Career Readiness Session, যেখানে চাকরির বাজারে প্রয়োজনীয় স্কিল, ক্যারিয়ার প্রস্তুতি ও বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হয়।

দিনের শেষাংশে অনুষ্ঠিত হয় ক্লোজিং সেরেমনি, যেখানে অংশগ্রহণকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোর প্রতিনিধিদের মধ্যে সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হয়। একইসঙ্গে ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক ইনস্টিটিউটের সঙ্গে কয়েকটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের সমঝোতা স্মারক (MoU) স্বাক্ষরিত হয়, যা ভবিষ্যতে শিল্প–শিক্ষা সংযোগ আরও সুদৃঢ় করবে বলে আয়োজকরা আশা প্রকাশ করেন। অনুষ্ঠান শেষে কোম্পানি প্রতিনিধিদের জন্য আয়োজিত হয় বিশেষ সাংস্কৃতিক ‘Industry Partnership Connect’.

Daffodil Polytechnic Institute Hosts Spectacular Spring Festival, Embracing CulturalHeritage

Daffodil Polytechnic Institute ushered in the spirit of spring with its grand celebration of the Basant Utsav 1430. Held on the institute’s sprawling campus grounds on 16th Falgun, 29th February, the event captivated attendees with a vibrant showcase of Bengali traditions and cultural festivities.

One of the highlights of the day-long event was the Pitha Mela, featuring a colorful array of traditional Bengali pitha/cake from all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Additionally, stalls adorned with rural Bengali cultural motifs added to the immersive experience, showcasing the rich heritage of Gram Bangla.

The festivities commenced with a colorful procession from the campus grounds, heralding the start of the Basant Utsav. Following this, the main ceremony was inaugurated by the CEO of the Daffodil Dr. Mr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman and The principal Mr. K. M. Hasan Ripon.

The campus was transformed into a floral paradise, adorned with flowers, banners, and local crafts, all reflecting the essence of Bangladeshi culture and rural traditions. Students actively participated in various cultural performances throughout the day, including dance, music, and poetry recitations, all dressed in vibrant traditional attire.

The joyous atmosphere permeated throughout the event, with both faculty and students alike immersed in the celebration. The Basant Utsav not only celebrated the arrival of spring but also served as a platform to foster unity and entrepreneurial spirit among the youth.It underscores Daffodil Polytechnic Institute’s commitment to holistic education and cultural preservation.

ক্যাম্পাস প্রাঙ্গণে দিনব্যাপী বসন্ত উৎসবে মাতোয়ারা ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের শিক্ষার্থীরা 

ঋতুরাজ বসন্তকে ঘীরে ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক ইন্সটিটিউটে আয়োজিত হয়েছে বসন্ত উৎসব-১৪৩০। ১৬ই ফাল্গুন, ২৯ ফেব্রুয়ারি  ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের নিজস্ব ক্যাম্পাস প্রাঙ্গণে এই আয়োজন করা হয়। দিনব্যাপী এই আয়োজনের অন্যতম আকর্ষণ ছিলো পিঠা মেলা।  উৎসবে স্থান পেয়েছে বাংলাদেশের ৬৪ জেলার ঐতিহ্যবাহী বাহারি সব পিঠা, স্টল গুলোও সাজানো হয় গ্রাম-বাংলার সংস্কৃতিকে ধারন করে। ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক হয়ে উঠেছিলো সমগ্র বাংলাদেশের প্রতিচ্ছবি।  সকালে ক্যাম্পাস প্রাঙ্গন থেকে বর্ণীল শোভাযাত্রার মাধ্যমে উৎসবের শুরু হয়। পরবর্তীতে ফিতাকেটে মূল অনুষ্ঠানের উদ্ভোদন করেন ড্যাফোডিল ফ্যামিলির সম্মানিত সিইও ড. মোহাম্মাদ নুরুজ্জামান ও ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের অধক্ষ্য জনাব কে এম হাসান রিপন। 

বসন্ত উৎসবকে ঘীরে ক্যাম্পাসকে সাজানো হয় ফুল, বাশ বেত দিয়ে দেশীয় সংস্কৃতি ও গ্রামীণ ঐতিহ্যে। শিক্ষার্থীদের অংশগ্রহণে আয়োজন করা হয় নাচ, গান, কবিতা আবৃত্তিসহ নানা সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান। শিক্ষার্থীদের বর্ণীল পোশাকে ক্যাম্পাস হয়ে উঠেছিলো রঙিন। দিনব্যাপী এই আয়োজনে আনন্দ উচ্ছ্বাসে একইসাথে মেতে উঠেছিলো শিক্ষক ও শিক্ষার্থীরা। উৎসবটি সকলের জন্য উন্মুক্ত ছিলো। বসন্ত ঋতুকে ঘিরে বাঙালি জাতির বহু বছরের যে উৎসাহ উদ্দীপনা তার সাথে তরুণ প্রজন্মের শিক্ষার্থীদের মিল্বন্ধন তৈরি করতে এবং শিক্ষার্থীদের মাঝে উদ্যোক্তা মনোভাব গড়ে তুলতে এই আয়োজন অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বলে মনে করেন ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিকের কর্মকতা-কর্মচারীগণ।

রুদ্ধশ্বাস প্রতিযোগিতার মধ্য দিয়ে ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক ইন্টাঃ ডিপার্টমেন্ট ফুটবল টুর্নামেন্টে টিম ইম্পায়র ইলেক্ট্রিক্যাল ইউনাইটেড ১ঃ০ গোলে চ্যাম্পিয়ন। 

২৭ ফেব্রুয়ারি ড্যাফোডিল স্মার্ট সিটিতে ঝমঝমাট উদ্ভোধনী অনুষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে ড্যাফোডিল পলিটেকনিক ইন্সটিটিউটের সম্মানিত অধ্যক্ষ্য জনাব কে এম হাসান রিপন  টুর্নামেন্টের উদ্ভোধন করেন। 

৬টি ডিপার্টমেন্ট থেকে বাছাইকৃত ৬টি দলের সমন্বয়ে টানটান ৬টি ম্যাচের মাধ্যমে সম্পূর্ণ টুর্নামেন্টি অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। এসময় সকল ডিপার্টমেন্টের শিক্ষার্থী এবং শিক্ষকমন্ডোলীগন উপস্থিত থেকে খেলোয়াড়দের অনুপ্রাণিত করে। 

 টুর্নামেন্টে রানার্স আপ হয় টিম কম্পিউটার টাইটান্স। 

খেলা শেষে চ্যাম্পিয়ন এবং রানার্স আপ টিমের হাতে ট্রপি তুলে দেন প্রধান অতিথি মোহাম্মাদ মামুন মিয়া, সাবেক প্লেয়ার, জাতীয় ফুটবল টিম। এছাড়াও প্রতিটি দলের সেরা খেলোয়াড়কে মেডেল প্রদান করা হয়। 

খেলাধূলা শিক্ষার্থীদের শারীরিক এবং মানসিক বিকাশে অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। টুর্নামেন্টে শিক্ষার্থীগণ অত্যন্ত উৎসাহ উদ্দীপনায় খেলায় অংশগ্রহণ করে এবং খেলা উপভোগ করে এবং এই টুর্নামেন্ট শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে সৌহার্দ্য এবং ক্রীড়াপ্রীতির জাগিয়ে তোলে।

In a thrilling competition, Team Empire Electrical United emerged as champions in the Daffodil Polytechnic Institute Departmental Football Tournament, securing victory with a score of 1-0.

On February 27th, amidst much fanfare, the inauguration ceremony of the tournament took place at Daffodil Smart City. The principal of Daffodil Polytechnic Institute, Mr. K M Hasan Ripon, graced the occasion with his presence and officially inaugurated the tournament.

The tournament featured six carefully selected teams representing six departments, who competed in six exciting matches to complete the entire tournament. The presence of students and faculty members from all departments added to the fervor of the event, inspiring the players on the field.

The runners-up title went to Team Computer Titans after a series of intense matches. At the conclusion of the games, the chief guest, former national football team player Mr. Mohammad Mamun Mia, presented the championship trophy and medals to both the champions and the runners-up.

It is worth mentioning that sports play a vital role in the physical and mental development of students. The tournament provided an excellent platform for students to showcase their talents, boost their morale, and enjoy the spirit of sportsmanship.

Overall, the tournament was a resounding success, fostering a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship among the students and faculty members of Daffodil Polytechnic Institute.

Powering Ahead: Farewell Program of Session 2019-20 – Embracing New Beginnings for Electrical Technology Students

We cherish with pleasure the memorable Farewell Program held by the Electrical Technology Department for 7th Semester students in Session 2019-20. This event was an important milestone in their educational path, allowing them to wave goodbye to their alma institution and other classmates while making precious memories and strengthening their relationships for the next chapter of their life. In addition, we held an orientation event for first semester students, encouraging them toward a successful academic path.

The Farewell Program was graced by the esteemed presence of our Honorable Principal, Mr. K M Hasan and the Department Head, Mr. Md. Shafikul Islam. Their presence added prestige and significance to the event. Additionally, Students from other semesters and departmental professors also participated in the event, encouraging solidarity and shared experiences.

The Farewell Program, with its main aim of providing a remarkable and significant experience, served as a platform for departing students saying goodbye to their alma mater and fellow classmates, generating lasting memories and deepening the ties formed during their time at the institution of learning. Furthermore, it aspired to encourage and motivate students as they moved into the professional world, passing on the principles and expertise they had learned during their time there.

Simultaneously, we organized an orientation session for the 1st semester students, equipping them with essential information, guidance, and support for their academic journey. This session laid a strong foundation for their future success, ensuring a smooth transition into the new educational environment.

The Farewell Program took place on June 20, 2023, marking a significant milestone in the lives of our departing students. It was a day filled with mixed emotions as they bid farewell to their beloved institution and prepared to embark on new adventures.

As we reflect on the Farewell Program, we celebrate the lasting impact of the students’ educational journey at our institution. We have full confidence that they have gained valuable knowledge, skills, and experiences that will guide them in their future endeavors. We extend heartfelt congratulations to all the students and express our gratitude to the honorable guests and participants who made the event truly special.

We wish the departing students immense success and fulfillment in their future endeavors. May they carry the values and knowledge gained from their time at our institution and make a positive difference in the professional world.

Introducing the Architecture Club and Interior Project Corner: Fostering Creativity and Collaboration

Exciting news abounds from the Architecture Department at Daffodil Polytechnic Institute! Recently, a group of exceptionally talented students took the initiative to revitalize Academic Building 2, transforming it into a dynamic and inspiring space known as “Interior Project Corner.” This endeavor serves as a thriving hub for innovation and creativity to flourish.

The students divided themselves into five groups driven by their passion for architecture, carefully selected specific areas within Academic Building 2 to showcase their ingenious ideas and artistic flair. The primary objective was to cultivate a conducive learning environment that encourages collaboration, enabling students to exchange ideas, engage in project work, and gain valuable practical experience.

Building upon the resounding success of the Interior Project Corner, the Architecture Department takes great pride in inaugurating the Architecture Club. This esteemed club seeks to nurture and cultivate the talents of aspiring architects by providing a range of enriching activities and diverse opportunities.

We are delighted to share that the inaugural program for the Architecture Club was held on June 19, 2023, and was graced by esteemed guests: Dr. Kishore Kumar, Director General of Techno India University, and Mr. K M Hasan, Principal of Daffodil Polytechnic. Their presence added immense value to the event, serving as a profound inspiration to the students and marking the beginning of an exciting journey.

As the Architecture Department continues to pave the way for excellence in architectural education, the Interior Project Corner and the newly established Architecture Club are significant milestones. These initiatives aim to empower students, foster collaboration, and provide a platform for creativity to flourish.

আর্কিটেকচার কি?

আর্কিটেকচার মানে স্থাপনার ডিজাইন বা নকশা করা এবং যিনি এই কাজের সাথে জড়িত বা এই নকশা করেন তাকে বলা হয় স্থপতি বা আর্কিটেক্ট। মূলত কোন বিল্ডিং, সেতু, ফ্লাইওভার বা যে কোন স্থাপনার ডিজাইন করা পাশাপাশি এর ভিতরের আসবাবপত্র, লাইট, সজ্জাসামগ্রীর যথাযথ ব্যবহারের মধ্যে নান্দনিকতা ফুটিয়ে তোলাই হচ্ছে আর্কিটেকচার।

যুগের পরিবর্তনের সাথে মানুষের চাহিদারও পরিবর্তন হচ্ছে। মানুষ এখন শৌখিনতাকে সবচেয়ে বেশি প্রাধান্য দিচ্ছে। তাই দেশে এবং বিদেশে একজন আর্কিটেকচার ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের ব্যাপক চাহিদা বাড়ছে। সরকারি চাকরির পাশাপাশি রয়েছে বেসরকারি ক্ষেত্রে ক্যারিয়ার গড়ার অসংখ্য ক্ষেত্র। যেমন- গৃহনির্মাণ প্রতিষ্ঠান, রিয়েল এস্টেট ফার্ম, ইভেন্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট, আর্কিটেকচার ডেভেলপার ফার্ম । এর পাশাপাশি একজন আর্কিটেকচার চাইলে থ্রিডি অ্যানিমেশন, থ্রিডি মডেলিং, অটোক্যাড ড্রইং, রেন্ডারিং, ফোটোগ্রাফিক্সের কাজও করতে পারে ।
